There is nothing more iconic than a Jack O Lantern for Halloween. Use mandarins or any type of orange citrus as a substitute to look like a pumpkin and wash under cold running water to remove any wax from the surface of the mandarin. Pat dry the with a cloth. I just use a normal pen to draw the face on as they will peel the skin. Use leaf picks on top to complete the Jack O Lantern look.
Melt White Chocolate in a microwave or stovetop and once sufficiently melted dip the strawberry into the melted white chocolate or drizzle over a like a zigzag.
Use choc chips for eyes and mouth and put in the fridge to harden.
For the watermelon, ghost, I used a ghost cookie cutters which I bought from Coles. These are great to make fun food too. I mainly use them to cut fruits and sandwiches.
