Ingredients:
- Soy Sauce -Â 1 Tablespoon
- Mirin sauce - 1 Tablespoon
- Brown Sugar - 1 Teaspoon
- Â 1 Chicken thigh fillet
- 4 Bao Buns ( I used Urban Eats from Aldi frozen section)
- Sliced Cucumber - 2 slices per bun
Instructions:
To make the marinade mix all the sauce and sugar with the chicken and marinade preferably overnight or for at least for 30 minutes.
- Steam the Boa Buns in a basket for 8 minutes.Â
- Pan fry the marinated chicken on medium heat with the lid on for 6 minutes or until the chicken chicken is cooked
- Add any leftover marinade to the pan and coat the chicken well. cook until the sauce has thickend
- Add the Cucumber Slices and Chicken to the Bao Buns.
